    An open office design with various office spaces surrounding core client interaction and presentation space for a vibrant, young company. This highly focused branding and innovation agency required various programmatic elements in a small commercial space in Manhattan. The firm also has a strong brand image that they wanted to incorporate to create a cohesive modern identity that would make their offices memorable to clients and invigorating for employees. 

    The client encourage innovative use of materials in the project which allowed us to design a room divider out of a modular form in plastic. This piece created privacy but also allowed light to penetrate the conference room it encloses. UPA also updated old fixtures with new high efficiency lighting in turn saving energy and bring more light into the center of the space.
